Accessories for small PET bottles

In the field of PET bottle, plastic vial, and canister production, we use modern injection blow molding technology, which allows us to produce plastic bottles of more complex shapes and smaller volumes.

At the beginning of 2018, we acquired another innovative machine to expand our existing product range to include the production of PET bottles with wide necks, which had previously been missing from our assortment. The advantages of this new machine are its lower energy consumption and high production speed. As part of this investment, we also obtained a blow mold for a 200 ml wide-neck bottle (GL 44). Subsequently, we added molds for PET bottles of 150 ml, 250 ml, 100 ml, and 300 ml capacities. We expect that the standard colors will remain clear, white, and brown, and we are able to produce plastic bottles with closures in these colors.

The Brisk production cooperative specializes in two main manufacturing sectors. The first is the production of plastic containers and packaging, and the second is the production of cardboard packaging (paper cutouts and paper boxes). We can produce custom packaging tailored to your specifications. With the help of a modern production line, we are able to supply plastic bottles or cardboard packaging according to your individual requirements within a relatively short time.

You need to provide us with your specific requirements — that is, the type, material design, and dimensions of the product, as well as any other specific features or requests. The production cost of cardboard packaging, PET bottles, and containers naturally depends on the order volume and the complexity of the final product.

For non-standard color variations (different from the standard brown, white, or clear), the minimum order quantity for plastic bottles is 10,000 pieces. This minimum is set because a significant amount of waste is generated when changing to a different color.

Our operations cover the entire Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is no problem for us to fulfill orders for the production of cardboard packaging or PET bottles and containers for clients from any region, provided that they arrange their own transport or cover the shipping costs.

The production cooperative BRISK (located in Ježov near Kyjov) was founded on May 15, 1996, and began that same year with cardboard packaging production, particularly paper and cardboard packaging. Over time, we expanded our production to focus on products made from PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Today, we manufacture PET bottles, plastic vials, packaging cartons, paper boxes and cartons, canisters, and other plastic packaging. We supply our products to a number of Czech and Slovak companies, with whom we often establish long-term supplier relationships.

Our services are intended for companies and product manufacturers, and not directly for end customers. The production of plastic packaging and cardboard boxes at our facility is commissioned by clients from a wide range of industrial sectors. Our most frequent customers include food suppliers, manufacturers of automotive cosmetics, and producers of chemical and pharmaceutical products. We produce cardboard packaging in large volumes for distribution companies, storage centers, as well as for any clients seeking custom paper packaging for their products.
